This Privacy Policy explains how Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“PSSPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the HomePlanner3D mobile application (“HomePlanner3D” or the “App”).
HomePlanner3D is designed with a privacy-first approach. Room scanning and 3D spatial processing are intended to occur on your device using Apple RoomPlan and related Apple frameworks. We do not intend to upload your camera feed, raw room photographs, or raw scan data to our servers as part of the normal scanning workflow.
Please read this Policy together with the HomePlanner3D Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the App.

HomePlanner3D currently uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. Depending on the SDK configuration and your device settings, these services may collect technical, diagnostic, and usage information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, session or event information, crash information, and app-installation or other pseudonymous identifiers. We do not describe this information as “anonymous” unless our actual Firebase configuration supports that characterization.
We do not intentionally send raw camera feeds, room photographs, or locally generated 3D scan files to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
HomePlanner3D requests access to the camera and, on supported devices, LiDAR capabilities so that it can scan rooms and generate spatial representations. The camera and sensor data are used by the App to perform the requested scanning experience. The current design is local processing: raw camera/sensor input and generated room-scan data are not intentionally transmitted to PSSPL’s servers.
Because the implementation may change, this statement must be kept synchronized with the actual production data flows and SDK configuration.
If you enable iCloud synchronization, HomePlanner3D may store your App data in your private iCloud storage associated with your Apple Account. Apple states that a private iCloud services database is accessible to the user and that its contents count toward the user’s iCloud storage quota.
PSSPL does not control Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and does not treat your private iCloud services database as PSSPL-hosted storage. Your use of iCloud is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
You should not assume that locally stored or iCloud-synchronized data is recoverable indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups where the data is important to you.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we may rely on performance of a contract or provision of the requested service, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. The appropriate legal basis depends on the specific processing activity and the jurisdiction in which you are located.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate the App, including Apple for Sign in with Apple and iCloud/iCloud services services, and Google/Firebase for analytics and crash diagnostics.
Apple and Google/Firebase may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.
Local room scans and generated models remain on your device until you delete them or the operating system removes them. If iCloud synchronization is enabled, copies may remain in your private iCloud storage until you delete them through the App, Apple’s services, or otherwise as supported by the applicable Apple service.
Analytics and crash information is retained according to the retention controls and policies applicable to our Firebase configuration and service providers. We retain support communications and other information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Before publication, PSSPL should document the actual Firebase retention settings and use the resulting period here if a specific period is required.

Where PSSPL does not control the relevant data—for example, data held directly in Apple’s private iCloud services database—we may direct you to the applicable Apple controls.
HomePlanner3D is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use the App in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support.mobile@prakashinfotech.com.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because room scans may reveal sensitive characteristics of a property, users should avoid scanning spaces or information they do not have permission to capture.
HomePlanner3D may rely on Apple and Google/Firebase services. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy documentation of any third-party service used by the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. We will update the Effective Date when changes are made. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate means where required by law. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated Policy means the updated Policy applies to your use, to the extent permitted by law.
